realistically, chances at T14 are not good.

retaking and applying early next cycle is probably your best option. many people on TLS, including myself, can confirm that retaking and waiting another year can make a huge difference. good luck!

The Georgetown-Cornell tier of T14 may be possible, but if you feel like you underperformed, then it may be best to hold off this cycle and retake the test to crack the 160 range (or even crack 165+ where you can be assured you will get at least a few T14 acceptances). It certainly won't hurt you to wait, and if your heart is set on any schools above the Georgetown-Cornell tier, imo, I'd wait to take it again.
