Re: 163, 3.26 URM (AI/AA) Chances?
Why aren't you applying to Georgetown, Cornell, and the rest of the lower t-14s? Do you want scholarship money?

If you're African-American with a 163 you will probably get into one of them...and I'd be surprised if you didn't get into all the schools you listedvelvet-lou wrote:I honestly don't think my stats will get me in, so I want to apply to these for now.AfrocentricAsian wrote:Why aren't you applying to Georgetown, Cornell, and the rest of the lower t-14s? I am retaking in December (because I was pting in the high 170s, but just got really nervous and didn't finish the LG/RC sections) and then applying to a few others after that score comes in.

If you're URM, it helps. Apply, then leverage.velvet-lou wrote:Really? i thought for a splitter you wanted to be above 75th percentile, so does that mean I have good chances for the other schools?AfrocentricAsian wrote:If you're African-American with a 163 you will probably get into one of them...velvet-lou wrote:I honestly don't think my stats will get me in, so I want to apply to these for now.AfrocentricAsian wrote:Why aren't you applying to Georgetown, Cornell, and the rest of the lower t-14s? Not at all, re-take is a good idea. Just saying a few more points will get you good $$$ offers in the T14 good luckvelvet-lou wrote:I will in December, but I want to have a few acceptances early in the cycle...is that a bad move?PoopNpants wrote:Why not re-take brah? few more points and you'd be in a real spiffy position
