Try to get off the waitlists because--why not? What would it hurt?

I wouldn't plan to go to the school you deposited at, though, not at full price. I'd sit out a year if necessary to avoid full price law school. Working is not so bad compared to working with $300k in debt.

3.38/160 will get you into a T14 this year!? Even with the URM bump I'm impressed!

I could be way off, but I suspect if you were admitted with your previous stats then your new stats should get you $$$$!

Negotiate. If they won't budge I'd seriously consider waiting a year.
