I don't know much about URM admissions, so I hope someone else can chime into help you out, but it looks like your chances at a t6 aren't great:

Thing is, there's only one applicant within the range (168/3.2) so it's not super helpful to OP.

ETA: OP, definitely retake. Schools only care about the highest score so it's definitely worth it to max your takes.

I've never seen a sub-3.3 get into H (and usually the <3.5 GPAs are AA splitters) so you should probably count yourself out there (up to you whether you send the #yolo app).

Maybe you could sneak into NYU?
