How many times have you taken the LSAT? No reason to apply with the 155 if you were PTing in the mid-160s.

Twice. I might be retaking in June if I can get test accommodations (in the process of an IBS diagnosis), but for now I just want to apply to some schools to see what happens.

Any thoughts?

Absolutely retake, even if you can't get the accommodation. Another 10 points opens up a ton of options and money, especially if you're a URM. Don't settle and waste that GPA.

Don't target UC Hastings. They do not give generous scholarships, and the school is a sinking ship in a competitive market. Retake will do you a lot of good.
