Don't shoot for anything less than a 180. It's stupid to self limit.

I think low 160s would get you in. But don't settle for a lesser score and slack off on studying. 165+ would have you looking extremely good for scholarship money. Make Columbia more affordable for yourself and always study with 180 in mind.
