I recently started law school at a T14 and I've been stunned by the lack of diversity. I read so much about URM advantage that I guess I thought I'd see that play out in a colorful and diverse law class. No so much...
Do all of the T14 exercise affirmative action in their admissions policies, or only some?

of course they do, even at Michigan and Boalt, where residents have kinda outlawed it.
But do your research: there just aren't many URM's that score 170x, and law schools are only willing to dip so low in their medians. As an example:
