Def retake. Even taking in Dec is better if it means you'll be better prepared and get a significantly higher score. With your GPA and the quality of your UG, you should be looking at HYS/ full rides within the T14 with a solid score (168+).

I would take a prep class, go over all the study guides and resources I could find on TLS, and not settle for the score you currently have.
