In! I withdrew from a couple of waitlists and turned down an acceptance/scholly at big regional to retake the LSAT and try for more money. I applied very late (end February) and I know that impacted me. I also have a very low uGPA and would like something higher than my 167 (which was from 2010). I also wanted more time to get my mind accustomed to studying again, as I'm a stay at home mom right now.
Set to take the LSAT in September, currently studying--well currently TLSing, but in general doing LSAT prep with the help of that forum and other resources. The app will be ready to go as soon as I get that score (174+ is what I'm claiming). I will definitely be tightening up my personal statement, and creating a diversity statement, even though my ps touches on the aspect of diversity that really impacts me (not race/gender/$). Im a little iffy on the DS and will probably ask y'all for feedback later.
Let's blow next cycle out of the water!

From the last cycle but just want to wish everyone the best of luck and please don't hesitate to ask me for what limited advice I have to offer! Some pretty amazing people in the last cycle and I know that'll continue, again good luck!

This. I'm gonna need the whippersnappers to have a seat, at least until August/ September. It is far too early for a new thread.
Best of luck, though, y'all.

Best of luck everyone! If you take one piece of advice/lesson learned from last cycle, have it be to apply EARLY. Seriously. Use the summer to craft your PS, Diversisty Statement, optional essays, etc. They always take longer than you anticipate

Do you know where we can access the optional essay topics? I was only aware of the DS/PS

Been waiting on this thread to pop-up. I've been putting off the LSAT until I feel absolutely ready and I think this cycle is it. I'm so excited to start the next chapter!

Usually if you access the school's app from LSAC, they have them from the previous cycle.

Anxiety is my main thing right now too! I sat for the February administration but ended up canceling my score (I'm an insomniac and I barely slept the week of the test). I'm feeling a lot better this time around though. Is this your first time taking it?

I'm the same way, but I've been getting to sleep fairly early this week, which is a good sign. This is the second time I'm taking it, I just wanna bump my score up a few points before next cycle. I'm really hoping there isn't a rough games section this time around.
