Yeah, Harvard and YS are out. Northwestern, Cornell, and Georgetown should bite. The rest of the T20 should bite with money.

If you end up scoring a 167 or above, you should get multiple T14 acceptances with likely scholarship money. Though your gpa isn't ideal, it can be overcome. Look at the LSAT/gpa medians for the schools you want. Though a 3.4 or a 3.5 would obviously be better, for the schools you are talking about, your 2.9 is functionally similar, because you will still be sub-25th percentile gpa. Plus, it seems like you have legitimate reasons for not having better grades. Crush the LSAT, score over median (or preferably over 75th percentile) for the schools you want, and you should be in really good shape.

As for your softs, they are pretty great. It's all still very much a numbers game, but the service/work experience/language skills can only help your application. URM status will provide you with a boost as well.
