I applied right around the same time you did. I have not heard anything.
Then again, I also submitted my apps around the same time and have not yet started receiving acceptances.

Are we for certain that they will send out "denial" e-mails?

I'm wondering this too. I sent a lot of my apps out after I got my SEO app in so idk how that will affect anything

I applied in October, and was only told I was under consideration in December...since then, no emails. I emailed them earlier this week for an update, but nothing yet.

I applied in October, Interviewed in January, and I followed up in March and they said decisions start in April as that is when people start enrolling. I haven't heard anything since.
