AA Female Splitter - 165/3.03 - What are my chances?

Post by thegirlwhocould » Tue Nov 13, 2012 5:35 pm

What are my chances at the T-14?
I really want to go to Columbia, but am leery about applying early decision because although I'm somewhat of a splitter, I don't know how my chances are effected by being an African American female.

Any thoughts?

So were the posts you made in the past with different LSAT/GPA's hypothetical?

Yes, I took a year off from school, retook and scored lower the second time around. :( So I felt it was safer to get feedback considering my lowest score. And my GPA didn't raise as much as I thought it would when I posted a year ago while still in school.

And I decided to post in this forum as well, since I AM an URM, after all.

My understanding is that schools look at the highest score, not the most recent score.

You're actually missing another sister. Looks like she is a triplet as her two other sisters' stats are:

3.3/172

3.1/175

Hey, at least they're all AA females. :?

WTF we have the exact same numbers. AA male though. Do you have any softs?

Edit:
Never mind. I am noticing you have another LSAT that's higher. Schools can (and will) report the higher score. Should at least put both scores in a chance me thread. We are not number twins, carry on.
