Half Hispanic counts the same as all Hispanic. They won't care.

If you're really feeling fussed, just call the admissions office. Leave off all that hand-wringing and explaining and just say "I accidentally checked the Caucaisian box too when I only meant to check Hispanic. Kthxbai."

Yeah, Colorado emailed me back and told me they'd change my answer and include the email with my electronic app. I guess I got all worked up for nothing :lol:
