Your GPA isn't low! GPA's can only be understood in the context of an LSAT score and you have a 172. There's definitely someone from my undergrad who had those stats and got into Yale. Out of curiosity, what kind of undergrad did you go to?

FYI, ensure all other aspects of your application are stellar and shoot apps out to Yale and Stanford, respectively. Hey, you never know.

Ok...well it doesn't matter. You have some great stats! My suspicion is that the DUI won't matter a whole lot. I know some people at top law schools who got in trouble with the law, prior to law school, for some extra trifling behavior.
