Chances at admission and $$$

Revising to mention - what are my chances for $$$?
3.74, 165 AA female

Not applying to Yale, Berkley, Michigan, Georgetown, and Stanford. I looked at LSN and it looks like a 66% chance at some of 5-11 schools. So I am wondering specifically for

Harvard
Duke
Cornell
NYU
Columbia
Northwestern
Chicago
UVA
Penn - Think this is my best shot at decent $$ and good outcomes.

Also was PT higher 169-172 and considering a June retake, but worried about the potential end of URM boost, but score is the same as diagnostic :(.
Will have ~3.8 years full time WE

Harvard only offers need based aid (same as Yale & Stanford).

Yea I knew that. Chances at admission? LSN says no for Harvard/Columbia. Worth the money to apply?
