My chances

I have no idea where i stand, and im getting so frustrated because i been working so hard to get my application stand out more. I want to practice corporate law and Im really considering NYU or Columbia as my dream schools.

This is where I am now:

Latino
Junior Undergrad at UIUC
International Relations/ Economics
Cumulative GPA 3.58
Im currently studying for the lsat which i plan to take in june 2012
I want to take a year off to gain some experience.

What do you guys think?

When you say "Latino", what is that, exactly?
lsat which i plan to take in june 2012

Looks like you're a little late dude.

Also, check out law school numbers for URMs with the same GPA.

He probably means June 2013.

Your chances are going to depend on your LSAT score, so once you start taking some PTs, you can have a better idea of what schools you can get into.
