To state the obvious, you should include a diversity statement with your application even if schools don't specifically ask for it. I doubt anyone can accurately predict what kind of boost you will receive. The sample size is just too small.

I don't think you'd be considered URM- I believe URMS officially are only African Americans, Mexicans, Puerto Ricans, and Native Americans. However, a diversity statement could help.

Thanks now Im wondering if it's worth holding out another year if i retake, I can get over 162 for sure but 5 or 6 point jump enough to secure seat in t1 school my ugpa 3.33 is weak :/

You're not a URM unless you are also black, NA, Mexican, or Puerto Rican.
If you can do better on a retake it is pretty much always worth holding off a year.

I'm half Filipino. I don't think this is URM status. Write a DS to explain your diversity. I would definitely retake if you want to get into a T1.

Re: Unsure about URM Stat Filipina
thanks guys. I'm going to re-take June. I'm interested in PI and immigration so there are schools in T2 that I'd like to be in (applications were already sent). Depending on finances might wait or make the big step.
ps
On my ps i went ahead and removed info on GLBT and immigrant.
