National Native American Bar Association

Post by MormonChristian » Thu Dec 01, 2011 1:22 pm

The National Native American Bar Association has adopted a resolution urging the LSAC and all ABA-approved law schools to require additional information from individuals who identify on applications as Native American, either American Indian or Native Alaskan. This information includes Tribal affiliation, enrollment status, and enrollment number/CDIB.

Apparently Native American status has been abused.
