I know Cuban is not URM, but i consider it Hispanic. Some schools only ask if I am hispanic. Would a school really check if my family was from Puerto Rico or Cuba? Can I just check the PR box?

Did you check it off when applying to UG schools? I know that may seem silly, but what if the bar goes back and finds the discrepancy between your applications? Wouldn't want to have your character called into question because of something silly like that.

I dont know that the C&F eval is that in depth.... You can check any box you want. It is "self selected." This is one of the things I cannot see C&F being able to punish because no one has to prove their ethnicity.

I doubt the law school scrutinizes it, but as I said, the bar may review it once you graduate from law school.

However, it is not Puerto Rico, which would mean OP is claiming URM when actually not.
