Black Carribean vs. African-American

I was wondering if these two ethnicity are seen differently in the eyes of adcomms. I looking up info for a Haitian-American female. I just wanted to know if I could use AA female stats as a stable platform on LSN for her

In the eyes of adcomms, its the same. AA covers candidates in the Black race
