Hey does anyone know if Wisconsin-Madison is URM friendly? My GPA is right at their median, but my LSAT score is a couple of points below their 25th percentile. What are my chances if I apply this Monday (which would be early)? I am a URM. Female.

You should check out this article. Wisconsin is busily defending its URM admissions record as we speak . . .
