Intellectual Property, Patent Law

Post by ladeejan » Sun Sep 11, 2011 3:21 pm

I need help with Patent Law. I am a beginner and I have already written and submitted my own patent application but I am facing some challenges and need to clean up some of the claims that have been objected to by the examiner per Office Action. Can any Patent law professor, student, preferably graduate or close to graduate guide me in re-drafting my claims for a reasonable fee? I cannot afford a lawyer and i am not too savvy yet to overcome some of the objections and rejected claims. I live in Las Vegas, NV, Thank you.

Sure,

I recently graduated from Yale. I did well, and got almost All A's but a few B+'s as well. I have been struggling to find work, which wouldn't be so bad because I would like to continue my studies, but my cohort experts me to go into private practice like all Yale grads.

This sounds like a great way for me to gain some practical experience. In short I would be happy to guide your redraft free of charge.

P.S. If you give me a loan, I can get money out of my families account in Nigeria. The only problem is that I don't have enough money on hand to buy a boat to bring their piles of cash into the states...I think we can work something out...

yeah. Most law grads these days can't get a job without straight A's but Yale students like myself can usually do alright with a few B+'s. THAT is because its THE BEST law school.
