PR F 162/3.45 good softs. Chances at T-14 and T-14$$?
I am ALSo a non-trad. Been out of college (UF) for 6 yrs.

Not very good I am afraid. Possibly lower T14, especially with ED. But while both your numbers are good, neither is exceptional.
Also, what are your "good" softs? Because unfortunately unless you have beaten cancer, written a novel, and climbed everest all during undergrad... well, the adcomms are unlikely to do more than note that you are cooler than the other 3.4/162s and give you a leg up only on people with very very similar scores and no softs.
ETA: unless that 3.45 is in engineering or something similar and you want to do patent law. That changes the game a little.

So, OP, let me say this:
URM with those numbers has a chance at $$ at the lower T14, and could probably go into the upper T14 (probably with the exception of HYS) with those numbers.
