I thought so, just making sure thanks for the help! Since I am also half white, I am going to have to put in European as well. Does this lower the URM boost at all?

You can identify as Mexican-American. If you identify as both Mexican-American and white it shouldn't directly affect your application. What you need to do, though, is make sure you either write about your background in your PS, or include a separate DS about it.
