Numbers for AA male at NYU/Columbia

Post by berkeleykel06 » Tue Feb 22, 2011 10:48 pm

My boyfriend is an AA male and is considering going to law school. I will most likely be working in NYC after graduation, so we are focusing on NYU and Columbia.

He has a 3.6 from a top 25 private, weak softs, and is currently getting an MA in a fine arts-related field.

Any idea what LSAT he'd need to have a good shot at these schools? LSN has so few data points that it's hard to get a good idea...

Low 160s to have a decent chance, though higher makes things better. High 160s and he probably gets $$.
