fee waivers
Getting fee waivers from all the schools Law School Predictor said I was an "admit" or "strong consider" for. Is this normal ? Seems logical.

Re: fee waivers
If you're a urn with decent numbers many schools will send you fee waivers. Some may indicate they are interested in you and others are bull shit. I use to be optimistic then I got a ding from a school that sent me a fee waiver. So pretty much they use it to boost their selectivity rating.

Re: fee waivers
Fee waivers mean nothing. Look at their GPA and LSAT median. Since this is the URM forum, If you're AA or NA add 8 LSAT points to your current numbers. If you're hispanic add 4. Then see how you match up to their medians, if you're over both, you're probably in, over one and under one you have a shot, if you're under both and you're an AA you still have a shot, if you're hispanic not so much.
But fee waivers show no indication of anything, if you're numbers are good enough, you're in, if they aren't, you're out.

8 points? Being I have a great GPA Addendum (I believe) to explain my first 38 credit semester hours, do I have a chance at schools actually with a 159 (75th percentile) or is the 8 points just something you use to consider what schools you should apply to?

Re: fee waivers
Look at LSN. If you are an AA, you get about 8 points added to your LSAT. So yes, if your LSAT is a 152, you have a shot at schools with an LSAT median of 159, given your GPA is at their median as well.daburrel wrote:8 points?
