Well, vietnamese isn't

but mixed certainly is

plenty of people are "mixed" and are considered URM.
if you're half african american half irish, for instance, you would be URM.

Not in this case, but only because neither race qualifies for URM status. Neither Asian nor Caucasian are considered URM, so it doesn't matter how much of one or the other you are, you're not a URM either way. If you were 25% African-American, or 25% of another race that is URM, you would likely be considered a URM.

On a side note, a school can't even tell what percentage of your blood each race comprises.
