URM Female 3.2/ 161 LSAT

I would love to go to UVA next year. I want feedback on what are my chances.
I live in Virgina and I graduated from William and Mary with 3.2 and I double majored in Government & Black Studies. I have a 161 LSAT score.
I've been out of school for two years and I worked in a mid-level position for a nonprofit, helping low income youth, however, I was recently laid off when grant funding ran out.

This is my complete list:
Howard, URichmond, -(both I think I can get scholarships from)
U Maryland, William&Mary- My range schools
GW, UVA- Reach Schools

My career goals include government and public policy

Why so limited? I think you should throw in some apps to more lower T14s (UMichigan, Duke, Cornell, for example). If you do not wish to expand I think you have a shot at UVA.

GW, UVA, georgetown, nyu, american, wustl, cornell.... and some more I cant think of now.

and retake the lsat

My career goals include government and public policy


the above examples are all males, there is a difference, again retake the lsat. Score 165+ good shot at NYU
