I was little confused about your father. Were you raised by a single mother? You should make that clear earlier, because when you get to the part about your basketball coach becoming "like a father" it was a little confusing to me.

Yeah sorry I thought that might confuse people. My mother raised me by herself. My PS deals with the circumstances surrounding this and so I neglected to make it clear in my DS, but you're right that I should talk about this much earlier
