Diversity Reception in NYC on Tuesday?

Hey, I'm new to this site. I'm starting law school in NYC in August and I received an invitation to a diversity reception hosted by Cleary Gottlieb. I wanted to find out if anyone else on this board is attending? I've never been to an event like this. Looking forward to hearing some replies.

I've been to a couple of the PALS events and was able to do some good networking. I'll be going to this event tomorrow. I think you'll enjoy it. What school are you at?

I went. It was alright. Dean Moody's speech was painfully boring but the food was good and it was a good networking opportunity.
