URM Mentors
I really wish someone could share their experience as an URM in Biglaw, In-house, etc. I have some major questions that cannot be answered by fellow law students. Anyone out there?

Re: URM Mentors
You might want to get in contact with URM 3L's at your school who graduated and are going into it, that might be more helpful. Thats what i did, and I found someone to actually mentor me throughout law school, etc.
For biglaw and inhouse stuff maybe look up a few associates from some of the pipeline firms.
