Are you happy with your choices? If you're not, then I wouldn't settle--->Reapply. But if you like your options I would just choose whichever would leave you with the least debt after graduation and offer you options in your market of choice. Applying late seems to have definitely had a negative affect, but your options ain't bad. To give any advice like that we would have to know what you want for your career afterward.

Most offers had been made by the time schools got to his application. IMO you should wait a year and reapply.
