Got the same email. It's not that your application is not complete, it's that they want it updated. This is the second time I've gotten this. If you've done anything special since applying, add it. If not just change the date and resubmit.
Okay cool thanks! Did you scan and upload an actual copy of your official transcript? I just realized I was being lazy and submitted a pdf of my web one.

I applied to the same program and got the same email so I'm just going to update.

I may need to edit my resume to their liking though although I feel my resume isn't necessarily bad. Also, has anyone obtained their SAT/ACT scores? I've taken some years off between undergrad and now so I don't know if I can obtain them in a timely manner.

Good luck to everyone!

If you still have access to the email address you used in high school when you took the ACT/SAT, you should be able to log back into your accounts and find your scores. That's how I found mine at least.

Why do they need our ACT scores anyway?

It seems like a pretty general application form. It is probably just there for a different undergrad program.

Also got the email! Interview slots open through next week and the first week of February. I had gotten that "please complete your profile" email as well.

Here we go! Good luck everyone.

Congrats. lawsk3wl! Did you actually update anything (or change any dates) between your receipt of the email and your interview request?

Got the invite too!!!!! For those who are doing skype, did the selection part let you put in your skype I'd? It didn't have a space to put my username anywhere when I was making the reservation, but on the confirmation email it says to cancel if any information is incorrect and it shows a blank skype id. Anybody have any ideas?

Cdotson2, I was just about to ask that as well. I actually thought I had possibly missed the box or entered something incorrectly, so I went back and rescheduled my appointment (didn't cancel it). There was still no open field for Skype ID. Did anyone have this problem? I booked the appointment on my tablet.

Infrequent poster here. Can someone assist me with some questions about this program?

Typically, from when to when is it? Like what months to what months? I currently work at a major law firm in NYC, and I know they said they hook you up with an internship, right? Would it make sense to have to quit here and then go straight to another internship? Is this before your 1st year or would i be able to do this for the summer after my first year? I'm so confused about the whole program, if someone could shed light on it.

Weird because I applied (somewhat blindly), and just got an interview (unexpectedly). Someone please let me know!

If you have been through their website check it out here.

It is only for the summer before law school, but it isn't just an internship at a law firm. You are actually a summer associate, which I assume is something more substantive than you are doing now(I am not really sure), but it is something typically only reserved for law school students. There is also a week of prep for the work at the beginning and a week of prep for law school exams at the end. It also makes it easier to get an SA for your 1l summer which is supposedly extremely difficult.

Got the interview too, congrats to everyone else as well!

Quick question: do you guys know if we'll be able to change our preferred location, or are we locked into whatever was established in the last update?

Also, has anyone had any experience with skype vs in-person interview? I'd really like the opportunity but also don't want to drop the $$$ to fly to NY....

Thanks!

To those who have gotten an interview invite but can't schedule one because there are no spots available, is etiquette just to refresh/check back for the next two weeks?

Had the same thoughts but I think I remember including my skype username in the application so I'm guessing they'll leverage that.

I would email them. I scheduled my interview like 30 min after getting the email while I was on the train to work. There were maybe 6 spots available when I first checked but I ran into a dead zone. Got internet like 3 minutes later and there were maybe 2 left. So they went pretty quickly.
