SEO folks: what's the article analysis all about? do you read it before you go in or do you have to skim it in like 2 min and then answer questions like it's an LSAT blurb lol?

The latter, and you can't take notes.

Not sure if this happens over Skype, but it certainly does in-person.

But the questions they ask you are like LSAT questions? what strengthens the author's argument, what gaps are there, what evidence are they missing, what's the main point?

I guess I've been revolving around the LSAT for so long I can't think of what else they'd ask me about an article that wouldn't be an LSAT prompt.

Yes frozen, this. Those interviews are not for employment, they are for admissions. If you check the employment threads, you don't see people revealing the questions they were asked at OCI to the same people that are competing for those OCI jobs. You being more prepared would hurt us because we were not given the luxury of knowing the questions before hand.

Yes. I always make sure I ask admissions about the strength of their schools BLSA. I was told UVAs frequently wins national BLSA chapter awards, which is a huge selling point for me.

I've had some really great experiences after reaching out to members of BLSA. These interactions have definitely shed a whole new light on certain schools. Some of them are now higher up on my list then they would've been.

Yeah, I think it's standard. At least that's how my process went. They sent me an application status checker once there was "action requested." Happened around a week to two weeks later..
