Would anyone choose to do SEO over a current job even though your current job will pay more? Still debating whether or not I'd actually do SEO if accepted.

I am willing to give up my health insurance, better pay, 401k company match, vacation and personal days, annual bonuses and other perks for the sake of making the right contacts and networking in my desired career.
The profession I have a now is just a job...not a career. I'm looking at the long-term goals and benefits here.

+3... but to be fair I'm on my dad's health insurance and SEO would pay me more than my current job. Still, I would do it.

speaking of SEO, does anyone know if the LOR is a requirement for acceptance or is it only something that may or may not be asked for?

employer or prof is fine. Was also told that it does not need to be tailored and you can just recycle law school recs

Through LSAC? Is there even a way to forward recs uploaded on LSAC to SEO, or do we have to go to our recommenders and request they send directly to SEO?

Recommender has to submit it through SEO directly online

I really wish we could just send those types of things through lsac. I feel like there are probably some scholarship orgs that basically just want the same stuff schools get from lsac. There should be a way for those orgs to register with lsac so people can just apply using the same service.

Had my University of Chicago interview today. My interviewer was really nice. I think it went well.
