As soon as I whine to you guys about no one looking at my apps, I become UR1 at Penn.

UR1 at Penn as well. After that bloodbath yesterday, I'm not looking forward to this Penn wait.mandyjay11 wrote:As soon as I whine to you guys about no one looking at my apps, I become UR1 at Penn.

Okay, this terrifies me: http://lawschoolnumbers.com/Tariffs
I know he posts here sometimes (sorry, bro). Jessica Soban is clearly not playing around this year.
I guess this just shows there are no guarantees for anyone?

Yea... He said acceptance was a long shot, but it really shouldn't have been with his numbers!teampeeta wrote:Okay, this terrifies me: http://lawschoolnumbers.com/Tariffs

I was in the rejection batch today at H, can't say I'm surprised after what I've been seeing so far. Just so you guys know I'm 3.5+, mid 160s, & TFA. I was 6/6 (4/4 T14) this cycle until that email, darn they messed up my shooting percentage. But in all seriousness, I wish the best for everyone. We'll all come out of this cycle with success. At least I know to save money on that Yale app now.

I'm starting to get a really bad feeling about this cycle after looking through some of the applicant threads. Throw all of the LSN profiles out of your head. We're in for a long ride this cycle.

Cool! Are you still waiting on Columbia, Chicago and Harvard? I submitted all those in December and haven't seen any movement.mandyjay11 wrote:kenwash wrote:UR1 at Penn as well. The cycle is yet young. We're in for an active month from here to February. Keep calm and carry on!californiauser wrote:x2.DPhoenix wrote:I'm starting to get a really bad feeling about this cycle after looking through some of the applicant threads. You're right. It's just that many of us have been waiting for a while at schools that in the past accepted similarly qualified applicants in a month or so. (UofM, Cornell & UChi come to mind) It seems like the smaller applicant pool has made schools more selective with their URM candidates.
