That is weird and there seem to be a lot of people who are getting into better schools who haven't heard back yet. My turnaround was quick - submitted 11/4, accepted 12/4 w/ no Why Mich. UVA and Duke are taking forever for me though.Dani.B wrote:Is Michigan being really weird this cycle? I have heard from Chi and NYU but not them which is surprising. I almost feel as if theyre just waiting on me to withdraw because they feel Im not too interested in the school and most likely wont be attending.

I'm out at Chicago as well today, was hoping for Cornell but considering you have better numbers the chances aren't looking so great for myselfJustE wrote:When it rains, it pours... Out at Columbia & Chicago, on "reserve" at Cornell... All in the last 24 hours...

Re: 2011 - 2012 URM Application Cycle
Congrats on your cycle to date, especially the Harvard acceptance and the Darrow!! I have to say that it's weird that you were WL'd at Columbia and Chicago. With your high numbers I'd have thought you'd have gotten a Butler/Hamilton or a Ruby. I guess it doesn't really matter now. Where are you leaning towards??Davidbentley wrote:Hey guys, I've been lurking ITT throughout the cycle. Here's mine so far.

Re: 2011 - 2012 URM Application Cycle
Thanks. I'd go to Yale or Stanford if I got in. Yale because it's Yale and Stanford because of family/location. As of now I'm about 51-49 in favor of turning down the Darrow for Harvard. But, that changes most days.amc987 wrote:

For all you Cornellies admitted today, when did you apply/go under review. Kind of worried that I haven't hear yet, but then again I just went complete 1/19.

I was complete 1/3 so I wouldn't worry and my application was received far earlier than that was waiting on a letter of reckmh504 wrote:For all you Cornellies admitted today, when did you apply/go under review. Kind of worried that I haven't hear yet, but then again I just went complete 1/19.
