Nope. I'm bitter they were the only school that didn't give me a fee waiver.

Mostly all TFA corps members have been in some type of leadership role. That includes athletics, founders of organizations and businesses, resident advisers, leadership roles in organizations on campus, members of fraternities and sororities, campus paper writers and editors, and they LOVE people who have had experience in the communities you are likely to be placed in (mostly inner-city neighborhood schools).

Many TFA corps members have also had significant internships. I have friends who have interned at Goldman, Bain, for members of Congress, etc. Some even quit really nice jobs to do TFA.
