All the islands have the same/similar food but they have different names for it. Where I am from we call those "Fry Bake"

We eat:
Fry Bake + saltfish
Fry Bake + smoke herring
Fry Bake + Choka
Fry Bake + any/everything

I realized at some point today I may not be hearing back from anywhere because admissions offices don't realize there's a URM with 166/No GPA stats in their queue. So I emailed Berkeley out of the blue with, "I sent you a diversity statement a few weeks ago, did you get it?"

"Yes."
