I feel like relative to the rest of the applicant pool (close to my submission dates), schools are taking forever to come to decisions regarding my application. Anyone else getting this vibe?

YES. At this point in my cycle, I don't even care if I get rejections. I just want to be able to start weighing my options and make a damn decision.

Soo i looked thru lsn some time ago and I found it odd that a good amount of those waitlisted were strong URM candidates...its like if they thought you had a great shot at a higher ranked school you were wait-listed... i posted this earlier in the Upenn group..am i wrong or do you think its just a coincidence?

a little unpredictable, but hey getting NYU and cornell already isn't so bad! i'm starting to believe more and more the TLS mantra that the URM boost is much more beneficial for the high GPA/lower LSAT candidates.

Same. Low GPA/High LSAT splitters have not really gotten in much higher than NYU this cycle.

Haha:) My family is from around there, so that's definitely a factor. But I will start/continue withdrawing from places probably next week, don't worry! Emory very likely on that list mainly because I want to do a type of P.I. law that Emory doesn't have a lot of.

they didn't even send me an email that stated I was accepted - just one about the Howard Law Journal that included a "Thank you for your interest in Howard University School of Law" from the Office of Admissions in its conclusion.

3.89 165 LSAT Puerto Rican Female. No news yet, but hoping for NYU. I messed up on the LSAT, and I'm frustrated being a splitter, but hoping for a little love... under review at NYU, Harvard, UConn, Berkeley, USC, UVA.
