It might be nice to add submission dates, if people feel comfortable with it.

This would be good to know and could be a drop down with monthly options from sept-March to keep it a bit anonymous

I personally am a few weeks/school visits away from making a decision but if someone who's committed wants to head it up, that'd be great. It might be a better format to give info on softs/etc, people can be as forthcoming or reticent about dates/stats/softs/$$$ as they want and next cycle URM applicants could PM us individually if they have specific questions.

I don't really think there's any downside to being outed for the people who have already decided, so an attending column seems safe to me.

Looking at this cycle (and the spreadsheet) has me really questioning the "black by the numbers" thread. I've always believed it, and I don't see any reason why it shouldn't be right, but it looks like we have at least 11 AAs with scores at/over 167 on the spreadsheet. I highly doubt only 20 AA scored that high in total =\

Personally, I think that the 'black by the numbers' post is pretty spot on. These past couple of years have definitely experienced an increase in high-scoring AA's, but I think the admissions chances are still very consistent with what we've seen in the past.

This one's a headscratcher, Gold, and I'm sorry. If you get Y to add to your S, you might have had one of the strangest results I've seen. Anyway, you're still sitting pretty with Stanford!

That's the thing though. I also feel like the last few years have seen a definite increase in high scoring AAs, but that thread suggests that the opposite is happening.

I fewl like it's a bit outdated as well, but still useful and valid. Idk, I feel like a lot more AAs are recognizing the admission bump and starting the path to LS early thanks to more widespread TLS-type guidance

I never thought I'd end up in NYC as I've been so pro-Berkeley/CA, but I just couldn't pass up AnBryce. To any future applicants, I strongly encourage you to consider applying to NYU specifically for AnBryce. Also, dare to dream big despite your numbers! (but obvi they help. lol).

I'm incredibly thankful for our URM corner of TLS. I've made some actual friends off of this thread and have gained great insight throughout the process.

Also, I urge anyone who hasn't made one to create a lawschoolnumbers profile! Do you remember those times at the beginning of the cycle when you entered your stats into mylsn.info, hoping for a nice estimation of your chances, only to see that there are 0-3 URMs in the last several years with your stats? Yeah, fun times...

If you are comfortable with sharing your results and dates, it's a great resource for future applicants.
