Often I'd take PTs, feel awful about it, but end up with a score at the high end of my range, so I wouldn't get too down. Plus there's still time before Dec. to get it rightjurisprudence101 wrote:Checking in. Looooong time lurker. Took the lsat on Saturday and it was a real sh*tshow for me. I know what you mean, but the games really threw me off and I have no clue how I did on RC. Definitely giving it my all in December!Cochran wrote:Often I'd take PTs, feel awful about it, but end up with a score at the high end of my range, so I wouldn't get too down. You should be good at HYS, good money from T10, nearly full at bottom half of T14. You're similar to an admissions unicorn. Enjoy the ride.MixtapeFellThrough wrote:Also checking in -- AA male, 3.67 uGPA from HYP (does this actually help?) and currently with a 165 from June, though hopefully the October retake helped bump me over 168. I think it might have, but *shrug*.

Do any 170+ scorers have tips on how to make the most efficient study schedule possible (2 month timeline)? Is it necessary to be putting in 40 hours a week studying? I feel terrible when I can only fit in ~25-30.

I think my mom has always dreamed of me going to H but I'm holding out hope for Yale. I'd also be perfectly happy with CCN (Chicago most out of the three) or any place that would take me, really.Talarose wrote:Same! Minus the west coast part lol. Who is 170+ in here? I know the answer will (hopefully) change once October/December scores come back, but I'd love to see how the number of 170+ URM scorers in here compares to the total number of 170s that should be expected according to the black by the numbers thread.
I'll start by saying that I'm not one of them lol

You're right, the amount in here will hopefully change (for the better) once Oct scores roll out. I know in last years thread there were a few, but I'm hoping there's at least a couple in here with us right now

Checking in here too! Like many of you, I didn't so hot last cycle. Was waitlisted at like every top school, submitted my apps late, and had just an okay LSAT score.
Retook it in Oct, hopefully things work out better this time around!

I may possibly be in the 170+ club depending on the curve and how RC went.

Hey guys, checking in African Canadian male hoping for t6 or im staying in Canada lol. Hopefully should be in the 170+ club when scores come back at the end of the month, prepped as high as 176 on the pt75 the day before the test. Now im working on my personal statement while sitting in prep limbo. Im thinking anything less than a 174 im gunna rewrite in dec.
