canceled my in-person interview and today they told me i'm on the waitlist as a "very competitive applicant." <3 UChi acceptance + 3.92 UGPA. It'd be awesome if I got accepted without ever going to an interview.

You need to fix your itinerary. It's way too fast. You're also not going to Prague? Mistake. No Budapest? Mistake. Two days aren't enough for Munich, Rome, or Berlin.
