my question is do i fall below gpa floors at most t14? because my gpa is below the 25th percentile at most.

You forgot to mention AA male here... with that added in, based on previous year cycles I'd say you have at least a 50% shot at HLS.

Blanket the T14 and you'll definitely have several good offers to choose from.
