Thank y'all. All my apps were sent off by Sept 15th. I was in another section of TLS and it seems like a wave of people got their decisions from Georgetown on Friday.

I got my LSAT score today. AA male, veteran, with a LSAT of 155 and a 3.41 GPA. This will be a nerve-wracking cycle.

We have identical stats except for I'm an AA female and non-vet.

Congratulations to everyone who made their LSAT goals and to all the acceptances. I'm re-prepping for December, but I'll be around cheering everyone on and following what I'm sure will be an amazing cycle for everyone.

Im very excited too! However, Im expecting a lot of waitlists for my cycle because of my gpa trend and lack of academic history (I've been in school for only 4 semesters).

Hey guys, hope everyone got the LSAT score they were gunning for !
This is going to sound really stupid, but I don't want to risk messing up these expensive applications... There is not an actual URM box right ? Just checking the box that corresponds with your race will suffice ? haha seriously not trolling just thought that there actually was one after hearing so much about the "URM box"

Thanks.

That's correct. Just fill out the ethnicity/race questions for each app and schools will determine how to weigh those factors. You can also write a diversity statement to highlight your experiences/background.

A final question... I am Mexican and Caucasian, so I should indicate both. Correct ?

Well seeing as Mexican is not a race but an ethnicity I think most MAs (only if they are white or mestizo and not another race e.g. black/Afrolatino) should indicate that they are white/Caucasian on these questionnaires.

Black Canadian
3.3 169

Let's see how this cycle goes, gonna submit apps this week, waiting on one LOR everything else is ready. Gonna try and get the most money possible in the T14, hope for a full ride somewhere. Maybe Cornell Michigan Georgetown will be nice for a urm over their 75% lsat and give me a full ride (i wish).

I think my GPA is too low for harvard, I'd might be able to get it up to 3.4ish after this semester.

probably gonna submit my NYU app late, and right the full ride essays

Retake. If you could manage to score 7+ points higher, you're looking at at least a few T-14s and probably scholly. Law School is always going to be there, however, the school you attend has major implications as to how much you make and where you end up working. I suppose the question you should be asking yourself is - is waiting another cycle to retake and reapply worth foregoing attending this year and the probability of schools you will be accepted into this cycle?
