Hey all, just checking in.

So far in at Michigan, Georgetown, and GWU.

Hoping for more acceptances soon! Pending at all the rest of the T14 (minus Yale, still haven't written my 250, YIKES), UCLA and USC.

So sad hearing everybody talk about how the URM pool may be lower this year :( lol Just wanted to pop my head in and say I'm viewing but no post yet because I withdrew from the Oct test to take it yesterday. Everything for my applications is complete so as soon as I get those scores I'll be sending them off! Good luck everyone!

I definitely think that this cycle is somewhat odd compared to last year's cycle. From the HLS front, there are a couple of URM's that have applied during October that have been under review for a while now without KB1's (myself included). My best guess, for HLS and many other law schools, is that there are fewer URM's currently applying and the adcomms are waiting a little while to see if the application pool gets bigger before they make their decisions. I think the few URM's that have been admitted have been autoadmits (3.7+, 167+). Hopefully with time we'll see some good news.
This makes me feel better. I too applied to Harvard in october and have been under review forever. I assumed they just moved me to the waitlist. Do schools like HYS typically wait to admit their URMs later?
Looking at past cycles..some URMs (non auto-admits) who submitted earlier in the cycle get their decisions in Jan/Feb/March. Its been hypothesized that they wait to get the whole pool of URMs before they make their decisions on this particular group.
I really hope this is true. I'm a high LSAT URM and submitted in late October but didn't receive a KB1, although several people with the same completion date as me did.

Just joined the website yesterday and am already glad I did. I'm one of those URM that just finished the December LSAT. Hoping score is high enough for Berkeley.

I just received my first acceptance email from William and Mary today!

2.49/167 non-URM Hispanic


I really have no idea what it means but hopefully good things in the future

I feel your pain.... Got all apps in late Oct. and have only heard from Duke. Hopefully we start seeing a lot of action this month.
