The email went out March 5th and you didn't interview until March 11th. Maybe your friend interviewed before then and was in that wave. Yeah, that's what I was thinking too - she interview several weeks before me and said the request came in ~ 2 weeks afterwards. Perhaps we'll see another wave soon for later interviewees. I felt like my interview went pretty well, so would be surprised if I'm dinged.FairchildFLT wrote:The email went out March 5th and you didn't interview until March 11th. Not to be a jerk, but the number I saw on TLS before was like 350+ interviews for around 80 spots. So saying you would be surprised if dinged might be a little much. I would love to get in the program but doubt I get into a high enough ranked school to have much of a chance.BSmoove15 wrote:

Got the resume request today...basically I'm totally confused as to what it can mean. I'm going to take my own advice and not expect anything until April

If we were awarded a fellowship/named scholarship for the law school we are attending should you list it, or does that not make sense.

For anyone who has not gotten the email, it says decisions should go out in April.

Just submitted for this today, but I did get in touch with a recruiter by phone recently. They encouraged me to apply, so let's see how this plays out. UT enrollee.

I have this question too. Also wondering if BU or UCI would fall into their scope.Dream_weaver32 wrote:If we were awarded a fellowship/named scholarship for the law school we are attending should you list it, or does that not make sense.

For whatever reason, the website now says "next deadline April 1st"FairchildFLT wrote:How does that work? I'm going to break my rule and speculate again...addition of new internship cities + decline in law school applicants=dearth of SEO applicants. Dearth of SEO applicants=extended dead line? I could get behind that...Atmosphere wrote:For whatever reason, the website now says "next deadline April 1st"FairchildFLT wrote:How does that work? It could also mean that SEO is not happy with its applicant pool (us) and that they are hoping that other, better people apply.
lol. hopefully it's not this

Well, the email did say we wouldn't hear until mid-April, so I'm still holding out hope, but who knows!

+1. The person I spoke with seemed to be pleased that I was a Texan with Houston as my first choice, so this could be the case.FairchildFLT wrote:I'm going to break my rule and speculate again...addition of new internship cities + decline in law school applicants=dearth of SEO applicants. Houstonian here. I've got Htown as my 3rd. Rejected from UT, but I have LA and NYC on my list too b/c all the schools I've gotten into are basically in both areas. I hope we all get in!! I'd be happy in any place they put me, that's for sure!FairchildFLT wrote:I've got Dallas as 1 and Houston as 2 so here's to hoping!ScottPilgrimv.TheLaw wrote:

Dallas wasn't even listed as an option when I applied, so take that as you will.
Definitely! Though, y'all probably stand a much better shot than me. Wish I'd known sooner.rion91 wrote: Houstonian here. I've got Htown as my 3rd.
