Thanks, I appreciate that, especially coming from you. Based on your stellar cycle I like to imagine myself as your law school app twin. But with a lower GPA. And LSAT. And I speak Japanese but I can't write Kanji. But other than that, identical twins.azaleafire wrote:Congrats on the Epstein!TripleM wrote:Busy morning... Dinged at HLS and Berkeley (more bummed about Berkeley than HLS) but in at ULCA and their Epstein. At least things are happening.

That's the other difference. I'm old enough to have seen this movie when it came out.

I thought of applying to Vandy and UVA but I was like naw it's too late lol. Most of the places I applied to were reaches. I think I did pretty well.dietcoke1 wrote:18 for me. given how unpredictable URM cycles can be I went all out lolMr_Chukes wrote:They are looking at your app real hard. Depending on how much it is, I might have to use them as leverage for Michigan and see what they're willing to offer and then look for a counter-offer from Northwestern and see how the two compare. Hopefully that won't be the case though.

I wish I knew of TLS before I was applying. When I bombed the LSAT, I assumed that I would have to wait until next cycle and felt so discouraged with the whole process that I only applied to 4 schools (with 2 being safety schools).

Um, I don't see anything wrong with it. It'd be different if they skateboarded into the building or something extra, but plenty of people skateboard. It's faster than walking lolMr_Chukes wrote:No like on the way to the building lol. My girl gets mad whenever I tell her imma learn how to skateboard. If I saw someone jumping the stairs and grinding on rails riding a skateboard to class, I'd be more impressed than anything. I tried skateboarding once in high school and it was way harder than it looks.Instrumental wrote:Been skating since 98, you should do itMr_Chukes wrote:Ok good just as long as I'm not jumping the stairs or grinding on the rails lol.brinicolec wrote:Um, I don't see anything wrong with it. There is still time! I had all of my applications (except 1) in by mid-October and I still haven't heard back from everywhere. And I've heard back from at least 2 schools each month since November. Someone is probably reading and loving your app right now!!!!!sfn91 wrote:Y'all I still have no acceptances. LOL. Two waitlists, some rejections, probably 8 schools left. Applied early January.
