Fellow biglaw paralegal?!?

Also, congrats lc, and everyone else in this thread!! It has been really awesome seeing all the positive results in this thread.
Small firm, approx. 50 attys. Well known in some circles due to certain sports litigation (I'll let you figure that out) lol.

Also, GW made a decision on my app. Productivity killed for the rest of the day. Anyone else see this on the checker? Do they usually send notification the day the status is changed?

Long time lurker here! I just want to say that this forum has been unbelievably helpful so thank you all! On an unrelated note, anyone have any idea when HLS might have another wave?

For JS2s?

This Friday, next Monday, or next Friday perhaps. Or they could wait another month between waves (like they did between waves 1 and 2). For the sake of all those still waiting, I hope it's sooner rather than later.

Sorry to hear that it wasn't an outright acceptance but I have a feeling waitlists are going to be very active this cycle. Still rooting for you!

Yeah, read through that. Looks like decent Chicago placement at each firm relative to class size. :)
I have to say as someone looking for any reason to choose Berkeley I was disappointed in their #s...

JS2s! I was thinking of those dates too. But then someone on the hls thread mentioned JS1s happening both this friday and next friday and thus far JS1s and JS2s havent happened on the same day. Hopefully JS will be very generous with JS2 for all the URMs on Monday :D

I think we could see JS1s tomorrow and JS2s on Monday. Seems like beginning of the week has been favored for the JS2s (although there have been all of two waves so idk). Hope we get to celebrate both ITT!

i was wondering if there was a new thread for this year's cycle or if we are just continuing on in this one?

also are you guys sending in updated transcripts? my gpa probably went up a little but nothing significant so i wasn't sure if i should or not…
~the only schools i haven't heard from are Stanford (complete 11/11) and Harvard (JS1 1/6)
We are basically numbers twins, but I submitted much later--you give me hope! Also, saw some of the Columbia acceptances and wanted to say congrats:p

Edit: For the people following this thread to see when acceptances come out, just got Georgetown today via snail mail
Congrats on GULC!!

Saw Yale was making some calls last night and will continue over the next few days. Have no chance of getting a call myself, but good luck to others in this thread!

I wouldn't be shocked if you or one of the others of us in here got a YLS call. I frankly would just prefer getting the ding sooner rather than later because it's the last chip I need to fall in my cycle.

I would be stunned if I did.

I would also prefer the ding sooner rather than later. I don't want to hold out hope for the hopeless.
