Just got the call from NYU! Submitted 01/07, UR1 01/9, no further date changes. Got Duke yesterday -- cycle's off to an amazing start. :)

ETA: I applied to Duke through Priority Track, submitted 01/15, under review 01/16, date change on 01/22, accepted on 01/25 in the late afternoon. Congratulations to everyone who heard good news today!

Also congrats to everyone for the accomplishments this far. This is all super motivating. For those still waiting for news, remain positive! We are all unique and amazing. It's sometimes too easy to get caught up measuring worth by the number of acceptances.

Really, why not? My SO would be happy with T6 (minus Yale, I think he secretly wishes I won't get accepted so that he doesn't have to live in New Haven) just because they're all in or near big cities. Not so hot on UVA, Mich, etc.

He's from the suburbs and can't imagine life any other way, so the UWS isn't appealing. He's #TeamB all the way -- he's ready for sunshine, especially with this snowstorm.
